Our hotel

Let's see the photo

Hotel Ondina and Milazzo became one hotel in 2000, the year in which it became a single property, thus enabling the hotel to meet the various needs of its guests. Many spaces have become communal areas, while the rooms have maintained their previous characteristics. Grandma Pina, and Mum Graziella, together with their family welcome you to a young and friendly atmosphere. The hotel is just 20m from the golden beaches of Cervia, a short walk from the historic centre and only 3 km from the spa, which can easily be reached by car or public transport.

The recently reconstructed "Ondina" rooms, all with private bathroom, have a balcony, an entry-phone, TV Sat and safety deposit box. Many have a sea-view and some have air conditioning with independent controls.

Grandma Pina is at her best in the kitchen preparing tagliatelle, passatelli, lasagne and everything that is part of traditional cooking in Romagna, wholesome food, from times gone by, made with passion, love and a rolling pin. There are three menus to choose from, one of which is always based on fish. The buffet offers vegetables both cooked or raw served in different ways. Breakfast not only suits the tastes and habits of any Italian, it also offers homemade cakes, warm croissants, marmalade, honey, yoghurt, hot bacon and eggs, brown bread, toasted or freshly baked bread.

Undine the water nymph

Values which stand out. They lived in seas, rivers or lakes, and allured mariners. They are generally portrayed as beautiful women with the tail of a fish. According to tradition, they are considered to be harmless creatures or even friendly.

Lorelei was a famous undine from German folklore. According to legend, she sat on a rock on the river Rhine (which now carries her name) and distracted fishermen with her singing, so that they were unaware of the dangers of the current.
